It's the most valuable tool we have, she said. It helps us all with the info about the clients we need, from percentage of repeat visits to how many sugars someone likes in their tea.
We send out cards when someone has had a baby, or is starting a new job, added Joyce.
We'll call clients two weeks after a haircut to make sure they're still happy.
For now the focus is on the new salon.
