Training was held in Shortcuts US office in Long Beach for Shortcuts educators within the United States to become fully fledged accredited trainers. Joanna Burgess, education manager and co-founder of Shortcuts, made a special trip over from Australia to meet the education team in the States and deliver a high-quality certification training over three days. Accredited Trainers follow a proven training format developed with input from some of the best trainers in the world, along with client feedback. To become accredited, trainers must partake in two modules comprising of three days each. The first module ensures each trainer possesses the highest level of Shortcuts technical knowledge before moving onto the second. The second details the methods and framework for training, ensuring a consistently high standard of training across the board. Trainers are then assessed on their ability to deliver the training format and are passed based on successful completion of the assessment criteria. Accredited Trainers are the preferred Shortcuts trainers, endorsed by Shortcuts. They have proven their ability to train at the highest standard and be able to tailor training programs effectively to suit individual client requirements. In addition to the initial Accredited Trainers Program, an advanced program has been developed to coincide with new software releases and newly identified training techniques. Through this program, trainers are re-assessed yearly to ensure their training style is in line with Shortcuts education ideology. LOCAL NEWS ARTICLES
