Game Time at TSA Symposium 2006

The crowds gathered in San Diego, CA for yet another spectacular conference produced by The Salon Association. The annual conference is focused on education for the salon business owner with general sessions, breakouts, interactive seminars, and the business expo where they can meet with manufacturers, distributors, consultants, affiliate members of the industry, and of course Shortcuts!

Celebrating 10 years of world-class business education for salon/spa owners residing in USA and Canada, this year’s Symposium focused on 10 Big Ideas to take back to their salon. With the help of facilitators and outside-the-industry business experts, business owners are inspired and motivated to re-create the ideas and initiatives in their own salons.

Shortcuts added to the excitement with their annual sponsorship for the business expo. This years’ competition was a puzzle, each exhibitor holding a unique piece, and the attendees had to visit each booth to get all the pieces. Those to complete the puzzle were entered into a drawing to win a trip for two to Bangkok, Thailand to visit the Mandarin Oriental for three full days of spa treatments and four full nights of entertainment and hospitality at the resort hotel.
