SHORTCUTS SUPPORT GOES 24/7

Manchester, February 2008 - Shortcuts Software help desk is now open 24 hours a day seven days a week. This means whatever time of day or night a Shortcuts client can call and speak with a help desk consultant, whether it be to seek advice or ask a question.

Many Shortcuts clients sing the praises of the support that they receive, and clients that have experienced other software support even more so. Indeed this is often cited as one of the reasons they switch to Shortcuts.

Sam Bright, of Woo Salon, a Shortcuts client commented. “They (the helpdesk) are always very helpful and efficient.
