For bookings and enquiries contact Shortcuts 0161 972 4900 (UK). Seats are limited so book now to secure your spot!

Bookings
You will need to provide the following information:

  • Your salon name and contact details
  • Salon owner’s name
  • The number and name(s) of attendee(s)
  • Payment method details

How to pay
This can be done very easily by:

  • Providing your credit card details over the phone or
  • Sending a cheque payable to Shortcuts

Confirmation
After payment has been confirmed you will receive:

  • A training tour folder*
  • A letter confirming your booking, including:
    - Date and time of workshop
    - Number and name(s) of staff attending

Registration
  • 30 minutes prior to the start of each workshop

* one per salon for the first workshop attended

Costs are subject to VAT at 17.5%

Please note: The discount for an additional attendee only applies when attending a workshop on the SAME day as the initial attendee. To be eligible to receive the additional attendee discount, both business representatives must attend the workshop on the SAME day.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be given to Shortcuts within two weeks of the intended workshop date. Cancellation within 14 days of a workshop will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the individual workshop cost. This applies to packages and stand alone workshops.

Non attendance without notice will attract a 100% charge. Shortcuts reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to unforseen circumstances in which case attendees will be notified by phone and all monies paid in advance will be refunded directly by the original payment method.
