Systems
The
systems workshop lays the foundation for the series. You will learn the true
value of your client database while being taught how to manage and utilise it,
as well as most importantly - how to clean it up!
Throughout the session you will be introduced to proven systems and procedures
and given information on how to implement these into your business life. Daily
checklists and techniques to integrate them into your business will also be
revealed. You will be inspired to become more strategic in your business management,
as you learn how to set goals for growth based on industry standards and identifying
key areas of reports.
