Train-the-Trainer
As part of the implementation and rollout process, you will have an educator managing the planning and implementation of the training process.  But if you have a growing business, you may want to rollout your own sites as you grow.  In those cases, your designated trainer would be trained by a Shortcuts Accredited Trainer on the training format and the Shortcuts system so they become the on-site expert for your company.
