from the Planning through to Support Phase.

Acceptance Testing is conducted to ensure that any problems are identified
early and an appropriate action plan
is developed.
- Project Management – through the operation and maintenance
of an Issues Register where all problems are identified, action plans
implemented
and then
closed once all stakeholders have agreed the issue has been resolved.
Support
Technical support is essential in maintaining a large, multi-site operation
effectively. With the collaboration of your project manager and key personnel
at Shortcuts, each location under your umbrella will have access to the Shortcuts
help desk on the phone and on a dial-in basis.
