Accounting Integration
Although Shortcuts tracks and produces detailed financial reports on transactions
at the point of sale, Shortcuts is not accounting software, we leave that
to specialized accounting software companies. Shortcuts can therefore provide
customized accounting integration to packages such as Great Plains and Pegasus
and which will automatically connect Shortcuts to the accounting system.
Payroll Integration
Shortcuts stores and displays comprehensive attendance information including
sickness, maternity leave, training, and annual leave, but can also provide
full integration software which will export attendance, tips and commission
data directly to your payroll and/or HR management software. Shortcuts’ customized
software can also store and calculate commissions for every member of staff,
based on your specific company reward systems. We have experience in Pegasus
and also ADP Payroll integration.
Inventory/Warehousing Integration
Reports outlining current inventory levels across multiple sites can be generated
through Enterprise Live. Reports can also display the variance between the
current level and your specified required level. If you have a warehouse
or merchandising system already in place, please discuss with us your specific
needs and we will work with you to achieve the desired outcome.
