Problem: When printing CPC’s, the headings and lines are not printing?
Solution:
1. From the Navigation bar select the Setup menu 2. Select the Configuration icon 3. From the Configuration bar select General Setup 4. Then select General icon 5. The option Print Complete CPC should be ticked. If this is already ticked and the headings and lines are still not printing out on the CPC then un-tick this option and re-tick it. 6. Hit Done and Exit out of Shortcuts. 7. Load Shortcuts back up again, this should now print the headings on the CPC’s.
