Problem:
When printing out a receipt, the first line and sometimes at the end of the receipt there are question marks or funny letters and symbols.
Solution:
This is a communication problem, it seems as if the messages from the computer are going across to the printer too fast, therefore the Receipt Printer is printing whatever it receives, sometimes jumbled up.
You may want to try the following:
• Change the speed of the Receipt Printer in the Hardware Wizard located in the Workshop Screen
• Check the connection from the Receipt Printer to the computer
• Get the Hardware supplier to test the communication cord and the Receipt Printer incase they are faulty. |
