Problem:
When attempting to redeem gift certificates at point of sale the following error appears:

“You must specify the gift certificate used for the full amount to be redeemed”

Solution:
1. Obtain the client’s gift certificate table

2. Open it in Paradox

3. Go through each different gift certificate and check the value of the variance (by double clicking on it).

4. Check the decimal places:

eg. $24.95 once double clicked actually is $24.9498 - change this to $24.95.
