 KB2444 - “Invalid TLV record" error when attempting to preview a graphical report

Problem:
When trying to view a graphical report the following error appears on the screen:
“Invalid TLV record”
Clicking 'OK' on the error message causes the application to terminate.
Solution:
The error message occurs because of a missing runtime file. The report contains a graph and the pg32conv.dll (a dependency file for the charting engine DLL, sscsdk80.dll) is not on the computer.
To resolve this error message you need to copy the pg32conv.dll and sscsdk80.dll to the relevant location (please see below). The files can be supplied by the Helpdesk.
