Problem: If a client had redeemed most of their points and now all of a sudden it is appearing at Point of Sale and on the receipt, that the client has more points than they should.
Solution: 1. Check to ensure the client is in the correct club
2. Check to ensure the club is setup to accumulate the correct number of Points on Services, Products & Sundry items
3. Check to ensure the Payment Type is still associated to the correct Club, if these settings are altered it effects the points the client had redeemed. |
