Problem: It appears that the person who updated these reports did not implement the Gift Certificates (Sundry) option correctly and the sundry totals in the Employee Performance Summary Report are coming up as Zero.
Solution: Fixed in Shortcuts 2000 Service Release 2 Patch Version 113.
