Problem: A customer can redeem more points than they actually have. For example a customer at Point of Sale has 20 points, they have 3 different services, if you were to click on the Total column to redeem points for the first service, it will allow you to redeem 20 points, if you click on the second service, it too will allow you to redeem 20 etc..
Solution: Fixed in Shortcuts 2000 Service Release 2, Patch Version 4.0.0.116.
