Problem/Question:
When clicking on the Contact button in the Confirm screen, SMS messages are not being sent, no error message is received?

Action/Resolution:
With Shortcuts, do the following:

Setup menu - Configuration icon - General Setup menu - Confirmation icon – Ensure First Supported Method is selected, exit Shortcuts, Restart Shortcuts.

Fixed in version 2003se 6.0.1.99
