Problem/Question:
Multiple Service Appointments, Main service 0 length. If this is the case no confirmation will appear.

Action/Resolution:
You have the option to go thru your services and ensure that there is no main service block with a time length of 0 (for easy viewing, see Tools – Reports – Services – Services By Count). Or contact your clients manually. This issue has been fixed, upgrade to the latest version as soon as you can.
