Problem/Question:
Not all customers are being SMS'd, even though they are on the SMS screen?

Action/Resolution:
This is due to the SMS Message being modified to "NOT" include the customer's name. Which means that customers with the same appointment time for the day would not be SMS'd.

Fixed in version 2003se 6.0.1.99
