For example, if you are having trouble sending out your monthly client marketing letters, they can talk you through the steps of generating, merging and printing out the letter. |

Dial in Support
If required, the help desk can dial directly into your computer assisting you to rectify problems with minimal disruption to your business. They can even dial in to your computer to demonstrate how a particular area of Shortcuts works right on your very own screen!
If you are experiencing any issues within the program, we can connect to your computer and resolve the problem quickly. For example, clearing forgotten PINs and passwords and demonstrating how you could generate a list of non-returning clients. |

Internet Support
Shortcuts has a unique support feature built in. The Support button (located on the Tools Menu Internet Icon) allows you to select database tables, logs and registry entries etc that can be directly emailed to the Helpdesk. The help desk will step you through, over the phone, which files are required. |
