Steve is a highly successful, salon owner, salon business coach, author and passionate advocate of Shortcuts. With 18 years practical Shortcuts experience under his belt he’s now the ‘go-to’ person for Shortcuts clients who want help using their data to create and implement a successful salon growth plan.
Phil has been a salon owner since 2001 and is one of the UK’s best known salon coaches. “Quite simply there are too many salons in the UK” he says. “My job is to make sure the right ones survive and thrive.”
