TOOLS – REPORTS

Let’s have a look at the following reports:

•TRADING SUMMARY
•VALUE OF FUTURE APPOINTMENTS
•TOP SELLING APPOINTMENTS
•TOP SELLING SERVICES
•EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE INDEX
•CLIENT RETENTION

1. TOOLS – REPORTS – END OF DAY – TRADING SUMMARY

The trading summary is something that many of our clients use on a regular basis. You can choose to view it by any date range and it will tell you things like your employee performance, services per hour and average ticket value.

2. TOOLS – REPORTS – APPOINTMENTS – VALUE OF FUTURE APPOINTMENTS

Instead of past performance let’s have a look at the future! Pick a time period in the future and you will be able to see if your business is on track. It will pin point upcoming slow periods, high demand or maybe low-revenue to give you a kick up the backside to perhaps do some marketing.

3. TOOLS – REPORTS – STOCK – TOP SELLING PRODUCTS

Over any time period in the past you will be able to see products that sell, most-profitable items and stock that is dead in the water and needs shifting asap! Again it can help you realise that you need to do some targeted marketing campaigns.

4. TOOLS – REPORTS – SERVICES – TOP SELLING SERVICES

Do you know what is your most popular service? Or what you need to promote more? Look at the previous month or quarter and make a plan of what to you need to change. The top selling services will also show you the average charges for each service – so if this is lower than the actual service price you know you are discounting too heavily

5. TOOLS – REPORTS – EMPLOYEES – EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EXTENDED

Quite an extended report with stats on staff productivity, client spend, upselling and rebooking. Many of our clients use this report for employee performance reviews of a certain time period.

6. TOOLS – REPORTS – CLIENTS – CLIENT RETENTION

This is a report for the past and will show you how many clients have revisited, non-returning clients and clients that have revisited to a different staff member.
