Education cancellations policy
At Shortcuts, we are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a customer cancels without giving us enough notice, it prevents us from helping another customer.
We require that you provide us with 2 business days’ notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us enough time to allocate your education time slot to another customer.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment please call us on 0161 972 4900 (option 2) to speak with our Customer Care team, or email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your business name in the email.
Please do not contact your coach to cancel as they may be with another client and your change or cancellation may not be processed in time.
If you miss your training session without contacting us at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled training time, the following fees will be charged:
- Installation Session 1 or 2: £250
- Session 3, 4 or 5: £120
Less than 2 business days’ notice:
- Installation Session 1 or 2: £120
- Session 3, 4 or 5: £80
Please note we are not available Saturday or Sunday. To cancel a Monday appointment you will need to call or email us by 3pm on the Wednesday prior.
Education payment policy for sessions booked online
By signing up for a training session online, you authorise the entire fee to be deducted from the bank account currently held on file, which is the same account used to pay your monthly fee to Shortcuts. The fee will be deducted from your account within 24 hours of booking the session online.
If the payment is unsuccessful, the session will be cancelled and you will receive a phone call or email to confirm payment options and to book another session.
