You might’ve seen that Online Booking has a fresh new look and feel. Well strap in, because that fancy-schmancy modern online booking experience your clients love has arrived in the guest app.

So what’s changing? The new look and feel visual branding elements have been brought into the app, as well as the same improved user experience for your clients. The new online booking in the app is modern, sleek, user-friendly and streamlined so your guests can have the same consistent experience with your branding no matter where they book from!

To top it off, the app now includes the new online booking flows which capture the clients card details in the natural flow of the booking process, meaning a higher chance of your client completing their booking and having a frictionless experience.

How will this impact my clients?

Other than update the app when prompted next time they click on the app, absolutely nothing! This couldn’t be easier for you clients. Next time they use your app, they will get your fresh, new online booking experience.

When will this change take place?

The change will take place on Tuesday 20th of June. We recommend you watch the above video and follow the two small steps you’ll need to action prior to the change. These steps aren’t mandatory, but we highly recommend you action them before the change over so your booking experience is as sleek as you are!

My footer is missing in the app – why is that?

As mentioned in the video above, we have made improvements to the app giving you as much tile real estate as possible and more device user friendly by removing the footer. In the video we take you through how to change previous footer items into a tile.
