Expected Outage: up to 60 mins during maintenance window
Impact: None to operational use, some functionality will be queued (see below)
During the maintenance window the following is expected:
- Marketing messages, including automatic messages, will be queued for sending once maintenance is complete.
- Cloud Reporting and Shortcuts Live Reporting dashboards may be intermittent, or slower than usual.
- New clients created during the outage will not appear via global client search until the outage is over.
- In Fusion, if you can’t find a client, try searching by name.
