Resend an online gift card email

You are able to resend an online gift card email and receipt email to a client if they have accidentally deleted it.

  1. To do this, login to the Shortcuts Console at then click Programs.Programs
  2. Click on Management, then View/Edit Transactions, enter the search details provided then click Search.Program management
  3. You can then choose to resend the receipt or the email with the gift card
